In September we will hold 2 Speech Contests.
13 SEPTEMBER - TABLE TOPICS Contest (An impromptu speech 1-2 min, all contestants are assigned the same topic, told to them when they are introduced by the contest chair.)
27 SEPTEMBER - HUMOROUS SPEECH Contest (Contestants present a humorous speech 5-7 min that must be thematic in nature (opening, body, and close), not a monologue (series of one-liners).
Participating in contests at the club level is a great opportunity to challenge yourself and develop your skills. All current Toastbusters members are eligible to compete, newbies as well.
